Cécile Carrétéro is a CNRS Engineer. After a PhD on the structural and transport properties of the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface system (2010), she started to work on BiFeO3 heterostructures for magnetoelectric devices and ferroelectric tunnel junctions.

She has experience in pulsed laser deposition and transmission electron microscopy, and she is responsible for X-ray diffraction training in the lab.
